My mom and I came to chicago for a family reunion and couldn't decide what to eat we walked around a little and found this place of heaven, knowing we had to try deep dish here they were welcoming from the moment we stepped in and was worth the wait. Definitely recommend this place for tourist.

Beggars Pizza is a great spot located just a short walk from Union Station, making it a perfect place to grab a meal before or after a train ride. One thing I really appreciated was being able to order deep dish pizza by the slice, which is ideal when you want to enjoy Chicago style pizza without committing to a whole pie. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a much more relaxing atmosphere than waiting around at the station. The pizza itself was excellent. The crust was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and not doughy at all. Every bite was satisfying and showcased why this place is so popular. Between the convenient location, great service, and delicious pizza, Beggars Pizza is definitely a place I'll be returning to.

I recently ordered a pizza from Beggars Pizza location and wasn’t satisfied with how it was made—it was a bit too hard and honestly almost not edible. After leaving an honest review, I was surprised to receive a call from the manager, Justin, who apologized and assured me he would make it right. I gave it another shot today, and I’m glad I did. The pizza was made perfectly this time. I even had the chance to meet Justin in person and shake his hand—he’s a genuinely great guy who clearly cares about his customers and the quality of service. That level of accountability and customer service goes a long way. Big shoutout to Justin for turning my experience around. Awesome manager—keep up the great work!

First time here at this location to sit in and have lunch, since I work near by. We have ordered delivery before as well. Service was friendly and helpful. I went in, not to busy, but they didn't have any Pepperoni slices ready, and I couldn't wait 15 extra minutes on my lunch break, so I tried the Italian beef slice and it was good and I ordered a extra cup of peppers on the side. Not bad but a little expensive for just a slice and no drink or anything. At least I could get a small cup of ice water. Might be back, if in the mood for slice.

I was suggested this place for having "The Best Pizza in Chicago". So I had to try it, and when I walked in. It was oddly comforting. I got nostalgia of the fresh pizza under heat lamps, and fresh pizza offered cooked to order the moment I walked in. I had three hours till my train, I have time to wait. Experience the best of what's to offer. So I got a personal pizza, deep dish. Pepperoni, green bell peppers, and mushrooms. The crust is what caught me by surprise. I was getting hints of cornmeal, fresh cornbread. Though it was very subtle, and complimented the whole pizza. I loved every portion of that pizza, I even told them I don't need a box I couldn't help but finish it. I'm not sure why, though I have to agree. Some of the best pizza I've had. 10/10 would recommend.
